Abstract It is of great significance to promote the supply side reform, the focus of the current state reform, in order to guide the management of pediatric drugs and improve the safety and accessibility of children's medication. This paper studies the current situation and existing problems of children's medication in China, and analyzes the reasons for the poor accessibility and safety of children. From the perspective of supply side reform to study the safety and accessibility of children's treatment path, including the development of research and development path, policy support path, early warning mechanism path, model innovation path to ensure the safe and accessible medication for children to protect children′s effective supply for reference.
