关节镜清理术联合富血小板血浆治疗髌股关节炎的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the efficacy of arthroscopic debridement combined with platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of patellofemoral arthritis. Methods A total of 106 patients with patellofemoral arthritis admitted to Xuzhou Cancer Hospital, Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University, from April 2017 to April 2019, the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table, 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with arthroscopic debridement, and the observation group was treated with platelet-rich plasma on the basis of the control group. The visual analogue scale (VAS) score, Lysholm knee function scale (Lysholm) score and complication rate were compared before and after treatment. Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 5 weeks of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). After 5 weeks of treatment, pain, lameness, support, upper and lower floors, instability, joint locking, squatting, joint swelling, and total Lysholm score in the observation group were all higher than those before treatment, and the above indicators were all higher than the control group, with statistically significant differences (all P ＜ 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement combined with platelet-rich plasma for the treatment of patellofemoral arthritis can effectively alleviate pain and promote knee function recovery, with fewer complications and worth promoting.
