| Effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on the prognosis of children with ventricular tachycardia |

Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of evidence-based nursing intervention on the prognosis of children with ventricular tachycardia, in order to provide evidence for clinical application. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 400 children with ventricular tachycardia in Beijing Children′s Hospital were divided into observation group and control group by envelope method, with 200 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with evidence-based intervention nursing mode, while the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The time of treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions, satisfaction, clinical efficacy rate and the quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results The treatment time and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction, clinical efficacy rate and the quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The prognosis of the children with ventricular tachycardia can be improved and the clinical satisfaction rate can be improved by treated with adopting the evidence-based nursing model.
