The practical discussion of the sustainable development of young talents in a third-grade class-A specialized hospital |

Abstract The talent is the core source of a hospital. Cultivation of young talent is the key to implement the strategy of developing the hospital by science, education and talents, and achieve the sustainable development of hospital. This article analyzes the existing problems from the sustainable development of young talents. From 2012 to 2017, this article has investigated the training situation of young talents in a third-grade class-A special special hospital in Anhui Province, including explore and formulate the developing plan of young talents, improve the talent system, introduce a lot of young and middle-aged technical backbones in batch, and selecte the first batch of young and middle-aged talents in hospital. After management, the human resource management, disciplinary development and subspeciality of special hospital have been improved, the activity and whole quality of hospital staffs has been enhanced clearly, the group of young talents has been further optimized and strengthened, and the comprehensive strength of hospital improved.
