| Effect of multidisciplinary nursing care model on postoperative psychological fluctuation, family function and quality of life of patients with glioma |

Abstract Objective To explore and analyze the effects of multidisciplinary nursing care model on postoperative psychological fluctuation, family function and quality of life of patients with glioma. Methods Seventy-eight cases of brain gliomawere selected from March 2015 to March 2017 treated in the the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University , and the random number method was divided into control group (39 cases) and observation group (39 cases). The control group was treated with routine nursing care, and the observation group was combined with multidisciplinary nursing care mode on the basis of the control group, and compared the postoperative psychological fluctuation, family function and quality of life of the two groups. Results The scores of anxiety and depression scale (HAMD) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 6, 24 h after surgery and after discharge, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The problem solving, communication, role, emotional response, emotional intervention, behavior control and total functional scores of the two groups after nursing were all lower than those before treatment, and the above scores of the observation group after nursing were all lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (all P ＜ 0.05). The scores of physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, overall health, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health in the two groups after nursing were all increased compared with those before nursing, and the scores of the observation group after nursing were all higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (all P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary nursing care model to brain glioma is ideal, which can reduce the psychological fluctuation of patients, improve the family function, and promote the quality of life.
