Clinical study of minimally invasive treating of pelvic fractures with 3D assisted lateral rectus abdominis incision |

Abstract Objective To investigate the feasibility and superiority of minimally invasive in treatment of pelvic fractures by 3D assisted lateral rectus incision. Methods From September 2015 to October 2016, in Maoming Chinese Medicine Hospital, 15 patients with minimally invasive treatment of pelvic fractures with 3D assisted lateral rectus abdominis incision were selected as 3D group, another 15 patients underwent traditional surgery in the treatment of pelvic fracture patients were selected as control group, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization, and time the complications of fracture reduction quality of two groups were observed. Results The operation time of 3D group was significantly less than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The blood loss of 3D group was significantly less than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications of 3D group was significantly less than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The level of pain of 3D group was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of 3D printing auxiliary lateral rectus approach for minimally invasive treatment of pelvic fracture is feasible, with shorter operation time, it is worthy of promotion and application.
