| Influence of infection control in hospital operation room and nursing work quality by evidence-based management |

Abstract Objective To approach the influence of infection control in the hospital operation room and nursing work quality by evidence-based management. Methods From May 2012 to May 2016, in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Suining City, the clinical data of 4020 operations were analyzed, they were divided into two groups by different time quantum, the 2000 operations from May 2012 to May 2014 were selected as management group, the 2020 operations from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected as evidence-based management group. The sampling results qualified rate, nursing work quality score, risk event rate of two groups were detected, the satisfaction of two groups patients were detected. Results The sampling results qualified rate of operation room air, body surface, medical and nursing staffs hands, ultraviolet radiator, aseptic materials of evidence-based management group were higher than those of routine management group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the operation environmental management, nursing staff training, nursing safety, disinfection and isolation, nursing quality control, humanistic care and nursing documents management score of evidence-based management group were higher than those of routine management group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the operation sequencing errors, surgical instruments no complete, histopathological specimens pollution, disinfection quality rate no qualified in operation room of evidence-based management group were lower than those of routine management group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the satisfaction rate of operation patients in evidence-based management group was higher than that of routine management group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of infection control in the hospital operation room by evidence-based management can improve sampling results qualified level and nursing work quality, decrease risk event rate, increase satisfaction of patients.
