Abstract Since the establishment of Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital ("our hospital" for short) in 1958, it has been developed for more than 50 years. These developments reflect the importance of healthy state of organization to the organization's management and operation, to adapt to the changes of the internal and external environment, and to achieve long-term growth and sustained prosperity. The article analyzes the factors that affect the development of our hospital from the perspective of organizational health. This paper discusses the influence of external factors such as policy environment and leadership structure on hospital development, decision-making and operation, And analyzes the influence of the internal factors such as the stability of the leadership team, the hospital incentive mechanism, the cultural construction, the individual factors of the staff and the lack of organizational repair ability on the sustained growth and development ability of the hospital. And to improve the organization's cohesion and improve the adaptability of the organization by optimizing the leadership structure, changing the communication style and power mode of the core leadership, strengthening the individual training of the staff and paying attention to the individual's health and so on. This fully proved that the organization and organization of health is the fundamental guarantee for the development of our hospital.
