| Risks and prevention of family doctor services from the perspective of the supplier |

Abstract Nation Health Commission of the People′s Republic of China and State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the People′s Republic of China Issued Guilding Opinions on Standardizing the Administration of Contractual Service from Family Doctors ("the Guilding" for short) On September 29, 2018. The Guideline standardizes the management of family doctor services in terms of the agreement on the subject and object of providing contracted services and further protects the rights and interests of contracted families. Compared with the recipients of the services, the Guideline is not enough to protect the rights and interests of the providers′ family doctors. There are risks in terms of responsibility for service content, service location, payment source training system and other aspects. Therefore, while preventing risks faced by contracted families, risks faced by family doctors of service providers should also be taken into account and prevention.
