Abstract This paper summarizes the present situation of nursing education development at home and abroad, the current situation and existing issues of talents cultivation of master of nursing students in Chinese medicine colleges according to the current situation of nursing education development, and puts forward some countermeasures based on the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristics of our school. It provides a theoretical basis for colleges of TCM to explore the internationalized cultivation of master of nursing students with TCM characteristics under the new situation.
