自拟益气活血方治疗老年H型高血压气虚血瘀证的临床研究

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of YiQi Huoxue Decoction on the blood pressure and homocysteine (Hcy) in senile patients with H type hypertension with syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods This was arandomized single-blind control test. From January 2015 to December 2016, 60 senile patients with H type hypertension with syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in Anhui Provincial Hospital were selected and divided into control group (30 cases) and treatment group (30 cases), according to random number table. The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive therapy, and the treatment group was treated with YiQi Huoxue Decotion on the basis of the control group. The antihypertensive effect, traditional Chinese medicine symptoms efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and consulting room blood pressure (CBP)，ambulatory blood pressure (ABPM)，level of Hcy in the two groups four weeks after treatment were compared. Results The antihypertensive effect rate was 83.3% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The effective rate of Chinese medicine symptoms was 86.6% in the treatment group and 50.0% in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the CBP, ABPM significantly decreased in the control group after treatment (P < 0.05), excepted for Hcy and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score; and Hcy, CBP, ABPM and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were significantly lower in the treatment group after treatment (P < 0.05); at the same time, the difference between two groups have statistical significance after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion YiQi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of senile patients with H type hypertension with syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis has obvious antihypertensive effect and clinical symptoms can be relieved.
