| Influence of cognitive behaviors intervention on long-term effects of hepatitis B virus mother to infant transmission-interrupted in patients with middle and late pregnancy |

Abstract Objective To observe the influence of intervention based on cognitive behaviors on long-term effects of hepatitis B virus mother to infant transmission-interrupted in patients with middle and late pregnancy. Methods 124 patients confirmed hepatitis B virus carried in the middle and late pregnancy in the Fifth Hospital of Shijiazhuang from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was received routine intervention, and the observation group was received intervention based on cognitive behaviors. Psychological status, knowledge of health education, compliance behaviors and neonatal HBsAg positive rate were observed in the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention (P < 0.05), and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Knowledge of disease, disinfection and isolation, health care during pregnancy, breastfeeding scores were significantly higher than those before intervention (P < 0.05), which of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Regular medication, reasonable diet, appropriate exercise scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The positive rates of HBsAg at birth, 6 month, and 1 year in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Intervention based on cognitive behaviors can effectively improve the mastery of health knowledge and compliance behaviors in the middle and later period of pregnancy, and reduce the positive rate of HBsAg in neonates.
