自拟补气活血汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后综合征的效果

Abstract Objective To observe clinical effect of self-made Buqi Huoxue Decoction on postoperative syndrome of lumbar disc herniation. Methods From July 2014 to June 2017, 50 patients with postoperative lumbar disc herniation syndrome treated in Baoji Hospital of Chinese Medicine were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group (23 cases) and treatment group (27 cases). The treatment group was given Buqi Huoxue Decoction, while the control group was treated with Mecobalamin Tablets. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The visual analogue scale (VAS), Oswestry disability index(ODI) and the adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The VAS scores and ODI indices of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.01). The VAS scores and ODI indices of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.01) at the same time. There was no adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion The application of Buqi Huoxue Decoction in treating postoperative syndrome of lumbar disc herniation can achieve satisfactory results, which is worth promotion in clinic.
