激光照射联合卤米松乳膏外用治疗白癜风的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of laser irradiation combined with halomethasone cream on vitiligo and its effects on interleukin-10 (IL-10) and interleukin-17 (IL-17) in the lesion area. Methods The clinical data of 98 patients with vitiligo admitted to the Department of Dermatology, Huangshi Central Hospital from June 2015 to September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with laser irradiation, and the observation group was combined with the halomethasone cream for external use on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects, adverse reactions and the concentrations of IL-10 and IL-17 in the lesions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the IL-10 concentration in the lesion area was higher than that before treatment, and the IL-17 concentration was lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05). The IL-10 concentration in the lesion area of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the IL-17 concentration was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of laser irradiation combined with halomethasone cream on vitiligo is significant, which can effectively reduce IL-17 concentration and increase IL-10 concentration in the lesion area, and it is safe and reliable.
