Abstract The paper aim to build up the paradigm of the standardized management of the adverse events, and provide theoretical reference for the management of adverse events in medical institutions. Expert interview and Delphi method have been used, and the ethical principles, objectives and implementation paths of standardized management of adverse events are preliminarily defined, and the paradigm of standardized management of adverse events has been constructed.
