Abstract Policy publicity is a necessary link in policy implementation and a powerful tool to ensure the realization of public policy objectives. With the gradual deepening of medical and health reform in China, the medical policy reform in public hospitals has attracted wide attention from the public. The publicity of health care policy reform in public hospitals is an inevitable choice to implement public welfare and promote sustainable development. This article takes the Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University as an example to introduce the practical path and experience of the publicity of medical reform policy in public hospitals under the challenge of the credibility crisis, the transformation of the communication order and the complex network public opinion.
