| Study on hospice care from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine thought of benevolence |

Abstract With the popularization and application of new medical model in our country, hospice care is the active development in the future medical system. The viewpoints of traditional Chinese medicine thought of benevolence have practical significance to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of hospice care、the lack of care skills for medical staff and the weak social support. This article aims to study the current situation and dilemma of the development of hospice care under the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine thought of benevolence. It is suggested that medical staff should follow the “people-oriented” concept of benevolence, pay attention to the mind of patients and their families, and improve their medical ethics, promote social integrity and the development of hospice care career.
