| Problems countermeasures in improving the construction quality of Party branch in public hospitals by using the “Party Branch Work Low” |

Abstract Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, especially with the promulgation of “the Regulations on the Work of the Party Branches of the Communist Party of China (trial)”, great progress has been made in the construction of grass-roots Party branches of the public hospitals in Beijing. However, there are still some problems in the standardization about the construction of the Party branches. Based on the practice of the “working method of the Party branch” in 16 Beijing public hospitals, this paper analyzes the deficiencies and puts forward some feasible suggestions in order to provide a reference for the grass-roots Party branch of the public hospitals. It will be significant in improving the quality of the Party branch construction by using “the working method of the Party branch”.
