Abstract In view of the great health background, the opportunities and problems faced by Chinese and Western medicine clinical medicine specialty at present, centering on the cultivation goal of integrated Chinese and Western medicine talents, take the post competency training as the orientation, the reform of curriculum system and teaching content is discussed and practiced. Built "guide course - foundation - clinical course - bridge" compound system of courses, to optimize the teaching content, through the "traditional" classroom teaching "online study" "extracurricular activities and competition" linkage "off-campus practice experience" 4 class, with formative assessment mechanisms such as security, diathesis developing credit management system, train the ability of knowledge - thinking - quality "four compound" of Chinese and Western medicine clinical medical talents.
