| Influene of Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel on nerve function and ability of daily life in acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease patients |

Abstract Objective To discuss the influence about nerve function and the ability of daily life of Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel treated in the patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods From August 2015 to August 2016, in Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City, 110 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected, they were divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table, with 55 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given Clopidogrel therapy, patients in observation group were given Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin treatment. NIHSS score, Barthel index, modified Rankin scale, and evaluation of the quality of life of two groups were compared. Results Compared with before treatment, the NHISS score reduced, the Barthel index increased, modified Rankin scale reduced in the two groups after treatment, and the improvement of the observation group were more significant than the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function and social function score of the two groups after treatment increased, the improvement of the observation group were more significant than that indexes of the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination therapy of Aspirin with Clopidogrel treated for the acute ischemia cerebral vessels disease can improve nerve function and daily life ability, reduce the quality of life.
