| Nursing effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia |

Abstract Objective To explore nursing effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia. Methods 124 cerebral hemorrhage patients with hemiplegia were enrolled in the 174th Hospital of PLA from January 2015 to December 2016. The patients were divided into comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine group (62 cases) and routine nursing group (62 cases) by random number table method, which were given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and routine nursing care. The clinical efficacy, motor function, daily life ability and psychological function between two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results Total effective rate in comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in routine nursing group (P < 0.05). Fugl-Meyer motor function scale, Berg balance function scale and Barthel index scores of two groups after nursing were significantly higher than before nursing (P < 0.01), the scores in comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those in routine nursing group (P < 0.01). The scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale of two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing (P < 0.01), the scores in comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly lower those in routine nursing group (P < 0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation model of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical curative effect of cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia patients, significantly improve the motor function, daily living ability and psychological function, and has certain clinical promotion value.
