| Current situation and strategy of two-way referral implementation in integrated delivery system of China |

Abstract China′s two-way referral system has developed rapidly, and it has made a certain achievements in the number of referrals, referral quality, improvement of hospitals′ comprehensive performance, chronic disease management and so on. But still there are many problems that need to be solved. In this article, through the literature analysis, two-way referral is found to have a certain effect in improving the medical services, but there are some problems, which need hospitals, patients and the government to work together to improve the assessment tools and systems of the effectiveness of two-way referral, cultivate general practitioners to improve primary health care, improve the referral process and convenience, implement supporting policies and clear the labor division all levels of medical institutions to strengthen cooperation, in order to promote the smooth implementation of medical treatment associations and two-way referral system.
