Abstract [Abstract] Under the new situation of medical reform, to further improve the performance evaluation, which reflects the "patient as the center" of the public welfare, improve the efficiency of hospital operation,Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital for trial operation of 3 years of clinical evaluation of the performance of the analysis, finding the problem, and ultimately, through the improvement of clinical performance assessment method, improve the patient satisfaction, improve the medical service ability and quality, and ultimately achieving social and economic benefits of the unity, the hospital keeps a good running state.
