Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous nursing intervention in patients with extensive burn in the neck and its effect on the body immunity. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with extensive neck burn treated in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture People′s Hospital were selected from March 2015 to April 2017 and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine nursing method and the observation group was given the continuous nursing intervention. The levels of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry and compared between the two groups. The nursing efficacy and the effect on the body immunity were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the incidence of compliance in the observation group (96.00%) was higher than that of control group (84.00%), with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Before nursing, there were no significant differences in CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups (P > 0.05); after nursing, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were all higher than those of control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing intervention on the patients with extensive burn in the neck is ideal, which can improve the patient′s compliance and promote the body immunity. It is worthy of popularization and application.
