Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of individualized nursing intervention on patients with urinary tract stones based on the analysis results of infrared spectrophotometry. Methods From December 2013 to October 2017, 280 patients with urinary stones diagnosed and treated in the Department of Urology, the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the results of the analysis of the stones components, with 140 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given corresponding individualized nursing intervention on the results of the analysis of the composition of infrared spectrum stones on the bases of routine nursing care. The recurrence rate, the recurrence time of urinary tract stones and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The recurrence rate in the control group (32.14%) was higher than that of observation group (11.43%), with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The recurrence time of urinary tract stones in the observation group was longer than that of control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the control group (77.14%) was lower than that of observation group (97.86%), with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion According to the results of infrared spectrum analysis, the implementation of individualized nursing intervention targeted for urinary tract stones patients not only can reduce the urinary tract stones recurrence rate, but also can improve the patients' satisfaction with nursing care. It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
