Abstract:Objective To study influence of mother and baby ending in the uterine-incision delivery late broken umbilicus. Methods Clinical data of 100 cases of uterine-incision delivery puerpera in Haikou Hospital of the Maternal and Child Health from July to November 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups according to whether delayed cord clamping or not, control group and detection group, 50 cases in each group. The third stage labor, postpartum hemorrhage volume, postpartum 72 h hemoglobin, 24 h capillary hemoglobin after birth, the Apgar score 1 min after birth, the Apgar score 5 min after birth, neonatal bilirubin peak, peak time, complication rate of two groups were detected. Results The third stage labor, postpartum hemorrhage volume of detection group were lower than those of the control group,the postpartum 72 h hemoglobin was higher than that of the control group, the neonatal bilirubin level, neonatal bilirubin peak of detection group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistical significance (P < 0.05). The complication rate of two groups had no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion The uterine-incision delivery late broken umbilicus, which can decrease the third stage labor, postpartum hemorrhage volume, improve neonatal mass, acquire good mother and baby ending.
