Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on perioperative stress response indexes and postoperative fatigue state in patients with glioma surgery. Methods Ninety cases of patients with glioma admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and divided into routine nursing group and comprehensive nursing intervention group by random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The perioperative stress response indexes [including heart rate (HR), systolic blood pressure (SP), the heart rate-systolic blood pressure product (RPP)] and postoperative fatigue state between two groups were compared. Results After operation, there were no statistically significant differences of HR, SBP and RPP in comprehensive nursing intervention group compared with those before operation (all P > 0.05), the indexes above in routine nursing group were all higher than those before operation, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05), and the HR, SBP and RPP in routine nursing group after operation were all higher than those of comprehensive nursing intervention group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). After nursing, the scores of emotion, perception, behavior severity, cognition and the total score in both groups were all lower than those before nursing, which of comprehensive nursing intervention group were lower than those of routine nursing group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can stabilize perioperative stress response indexes, improve postoperative fatigue state, and it is better than routine nursing.
