Effect of evidence-based nursing on medical compliance, self-efficacy and angina attack in patients of coronary heart disease combined with angina pectoris

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on medical compliance, self-efficacy and angina attack in patients of coronary heart disease combined with angina pectoris. Methods From April 2015 to April 2017, the clinical data of 100 patients of coronary heart disease combined with angina pectoris diagnosed in the Oncology Department of the Central Hospital of Wuhan, Tongji Medical College Huazhong University of Science ti Technology were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different clinical nursing approaches given, patients were assigned into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of the control grouop. The medical compliance, self-efficacy and angina attack were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance of regular medication, balanced diet and emotions in the observation group were all better than those of control group, the score of the self-efficacy in the observation group was higher than that of control group, the incidence of angina attack was lower than that of control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05) Conclusion For patients of coronary heart disease combined with angina pectoris, evidence-based nursing can improve the medical compliance and self-efficacy, reduce the incidence of angina attack. Therefore, it has significant value to be popularized in clinical application.
