Abstract：Objective To establish a multicultural nursing education scheme for patients with chronic heart failure by applying Delphi method. Methods By using the method of literature information, interview and inpatient pre-survey, multicultural nursing missionary framework was established for senile patients with chronic heart failure. Two rounds of consultation were conducted by well-known experts in the industry. Results The expert positive coefficient was 100%, and the degree of specialist authority was 0.895 (>0.7). The final definition of multicultural care scheme include 10 first-class indexes, 29 second-class indexes and 117 third-class indexes. Conclusion This study can be applied in patients with chronic heart failure to implement individualized nursing education.
