Anti adhesion effects of absorbable medical membrane in stage two cholecystectomy

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of Dikang absorbable medical membrane in preventing adhesion during stage two cholecystectomy. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with cholecystolithiasis and cholecystitis admitted to People’s Hospital of China Medical University from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 60 cases in each group. Control group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystolithotomy and cholecystostomy; on the basis of control group, observation group covered the gallbladder surface and gallbladder triangle with Dikang absorbable medical membrane. The second stage operation situation, the second stage operation adhesion, the first stage postoperative follow-up one, two, three months operation area pain of two groups were compared. Results The operation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, the intraoperative blood loss of observation group was less than that of control group, and the conversion rate of observation group was lower than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The degree of adhesion in observation group was significantly lighter than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence rate of postoperative pain and visual simulation score in observation group were lower than those in control group at one, two, three months after operation, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Dikang absorbable medical membrane can effectively prevent local tissue adhesion after surgery.
