Abstract：Health Statistics is an important applied methodology in medical study and research. In order to improve the efficiency of learning and promote the reform of traditional teaching, this paper designs an adaptive learning system for health statistics under the adaptive learning theory. Based on function requirement analysis, this paper expounds on target population and function module, as well as organizing the key design ideas such as creating high-quality and abundant learning resources, building intelligent and personalized exercise mode, and building an interactive and interesting learning platform, so as to provide reference for the development of wisdom education for health statistics.
