Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of rapid rehabilitation care in patients with cervical cancer during perioperative period. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 80 cases of patients in Mianyang Central Hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation care. The anxiety and depression status, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were all lower than those of before nursing, the scores above in the observation group were all significantly lower than those of control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of control group, the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion The nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation care in patients with cervical cancer during perioperative period is remarkable. It can improve the patient's anxiety and depression status effectively. The incidence of complications is low. It is worthy of clinical pomotion and application.
