Abstract:Depression, a kind of affective disorder caused by many factors. As the pace of life continues to accelerate, the competitive pressures faced by people in life and work are increasing, and the incidence of depression is increasing year by year. Therefore, the in-depth study of the pathogenesis of depression and the development of new drugs against depression are becoming more and more important. This article will review the pathogenesis of depression and the study of antidepressants for various pathogenesis.
