Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotional and compliance for patients with ischemic stroke. Methods From April 2016 to April 2017, 90 cases of young patients with ischemic stroke were treated in Wanbei Coal and Electricity Group General Hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group on based of the control group was given psychological nursing intervention. Both groups were continuously nursing for 3 months. The nerve function defect score (NIHSS) scores, daily life ability score (ADL) before and after treatment, and the negative emotions and compliance were compared between two groups. Results After nursing, the NHISS scores decreased significantly and the ADL scores of two groups increased significantly compared with before the nursing. The scores of NHISS and ADL in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before nursing, and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The compliance rate of the control group was 75.56% after treatment, and the compliance rate of the observation group was 93.33% after treatment, there was a significant difference in the treatment compliance between the observation group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the process of treatment young patients with ischemic stroke, psychological nursing intervention on base of routine nursing can help promote recovery of neurological function and daily living ability, relieve negative emotions and improve treatment compliance.
