基于视频微课的“翻转课堂”教学模式在脊柱外科实习护生带教教学的应用研究

摘要目的探讨基于视频微课的“翻转课堂”教学模式在脊柱外科实习护生教学中的应用效果。方法按护生学号，随机将解放军第三〇九医院脊柱外科2014年6月～2015年6月来自天津医学高等专科学校的126名定向实习生分成对照组和观察组，每组63名。对照组采用传统教学方法进行教学管理，观察组在传统教学的基础上采用基于视频微课的“翻转课堂”教学模式。2周实习结束后，比较两组护生出科理论及临床操作考核成绩、护生不良事件发生率。结果 2周实习结束后，观察组护生对基于视频微课的“翻转课堂”教学模式的赞同度>95%。观察组护生出科理论及临床操作考核成绩均高于对照组，不良事件发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论运用基于视频微课的“翻转课堂”教学模式教学，能够提升护生进入临床学习的积极性，提高临床操作技能，融洽师生关系，降低护理纠纷发生率，提高护生对临床教学的满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of "flip classroom" teaching mode based on video micro-course in nursing teaching of spine surgery. Methods According to the student ID of nursing students, 126 directed interns of Tianjin Medical College in Department of Spinal Surgery, the 309th Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army from June 2014 to June 2015 were divided into the control group and observation group randomly, with 63 interns in each group. The control group was taken traditional teaching methods for teaching management, while the observation group utilized "flip classroom" teaching mode based on video micro-course on the basis of traditional teaching methods. After 2 weeks of internship, the theory scores, clinical operation scores and adverse events rates of the two groups were compared. Results After 2 weeks of internship, more than 95% of the nursing students in the observation group were agreed with the "flip classroom" teaching mode based on the video micro-course. Besides, both of the theory and the clinical operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of control group, the rate of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences between the two groups were all statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion It is possible to increase the enthusiasm of nursing students to enter clinical practice and improve the clinical operation skills and the relationship between teachers and students by using the teaching method of "flip classroom" teaching mode based on video micro-course. Therefore, it is also possible to reduce the incidence rates of nursing disputes and improve the satisfaction of nursing students in clinical teaching.
