Abstract：According to Director Wang Junling, the main pathogenesis of fetal leakage and threatened abortion is the loss of spleen and kidney, qi and blood, chong and conception channels, of which deficiency of kidney qi is the main cause. Subchorionic hematoma belongs to blood accumulation of menstrual separation and belongs to the category of “static blood”. The main pathogenesis of early threatened abortion combined with subchorionic hematoma is kidney deficiency and blood stasis, kidney deficiency is the foundation and blood stasis is the standard. The main treatment is to tonify kidney qi, and to activate blood circulation to stop bleeding. It is emphasized that blood stasis does not go away and blood does not return to meridians. Only proper blood circulation can achieve the purpose of hemostasis. In clinical practice, Jiaoai Decoction is commonly used to activate blood circulation and stop bleeding, Shoutai Pills to tonifying kidney for preventing miscarriage, and at the same time, attention should be paid to the observation of the condition of the disease and treat it according to the syndrome, so as to achieve the goal of “treating the disease and stabilizing the fetus simultaneously”.
