基于共情理念为导向的照护策略在高龄剖宫产初产妇中的应用

摘要目的探讨基于共情理念为导向的照护策略在高龄剖宫产初产妇中的应用效果。方法选择2017年7月—2019年7月江苏省淮安市第一人民医院收治的高龄剖宫产初产妇94例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为干预组（48例）和对照组（46例）。对照组给予常规护理干预，干预组在常规护理基础上联合基于共情理念为导向的照护策略。比较两组高龄剖宫产初产妇心理健康状态、希望水平、护理满意度。结果干预后，两组产妇躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖评分明显低于干预前，且干预组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05或P ＜ 0.01）。干预后，两组产妇对现实和未来的态度、与他人保持亲密关系、采用积极行动、希望水平总分明显高于干预前，且干预组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05或P ＜ 0.01）。干预组护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论基于共情理念为导向的照护策略有助于改善高龄剖宫产初产妇心理健康状况，促进希望水平的养成，提高护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of nursing strategies based on empathy-oriented concept in elderly primiparas with cesarean section. Methods From July 2017 to July 2019, a total of 94 elderly primiparous women who were admitted to Huai′an First People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into intervention group (48 cases) and control group (46 cases). The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the intervention group was combined with a care strategy based on empathy concept on the basis of routine nursing. The mental health status, hope level, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of senile primipara after cesarean section were compared. Results After the intervention, the scores of maternal somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, and horror in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention, while the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01). After the intervention, attitudes towards reality and the future, maintaining close relationships with others, adopting positive actions, and the total score of hope of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention, while the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01). The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The nursing strategies based on the concept of empathy can help improve the mental health of senile cesarean primiparas, promote the development of hope levels, and improve nursing satisfaction.
