地方医科院校生物医学工程专业人才培养模式的实践和探讨

摘要本文围绕创新教育这一核心主题，以培养学生的创新意识、创新能力和实践研发能力为出发点，从地方医科院校生物医学工程专业培养计划、师资队伍建设、以及实践教学等几个方面，深入探讨创新型应用人才培养模式的构建。在有机结合学生个性发展的条件下，探索培养创新型应用人才的有效途径，创设适用于不同才能学生发挥和展示自身能力的学习环境，营造创新素质教育的氛围，培养创新型综合素质人才。本课题对于全国高校推行学生素质教育和能力培养，探讨创新型应用人才培养模式有一定的参考价值。

Abstract：Centering on the core theme of innovative education and starting from the cultivation of students′ innovative consciousness, innovative ability and practical research and development ability, this paper probes into the construction of innovative applied talents training mode in depth from the several aspects of the training plan of biomedical engineering major, faculty construction and practical teaching, etc. in local medical colleges and universities. Under the condition of combining students′ personality development organically, explore the effective way to cultivate innovative applied talents, create the learning environment suitable for students with different talents to give play to and show their abilities, create the atmosphere of innovative quality-oriented education, and cultivate innovative and comprehensive quality talents. This topic has certain reference value for the national colleges and universities to carry out students′ quality-oriented education and ability training and to explore the innovative application talents training mode.
