Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the effects of theory of Jean Watson human care combined with cognitive intervention on autonomic nervous response, psychological disorder and sleep quality after glioma surgery. Methods Eighty patients undergoing glioma surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from December 2017 to December 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine postoperative intervention, while the observation group was given theory of Jean Watson human care + cognitive intervention on the basis of routine postoperative intervention. The postoperative autonomic nerve response, psychological disorders, sleep quality and compliance with the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, while the standard deviation of the mean of R-R interval 24 h normal sinus rhythm, standard deviation of the mean of R-R interval every five minutes, root mean square of the successive normal sinus R-R interval difference, the percentage of adjacent normal R-R intervals exceeding 50 ms, high-frequency power and low-frequency power were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale of the two groups after the intervention were lower than those before the intervention, while the observation group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The sleep quality of the observation group after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The postoperative treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of theory of Jean Watson human care combined with cognitive intervention after glioma surgery can reduce the impact on postoperative autonomic nerve function, promote the improvement of psychological disorders, and improve sleep quality and compliance with intervention.
