The control group adopted comprehensive nursing mode, the observation group adopted the rehabilitation nursing mode of traditional Chinese medicine. Before and after the intervention, the exercise of self-care agency, self rating anxiety scale (SAS), self rating depression scale (SDS) scores and health promoting lifestyle profileⅡ(HPLP-Ⅱ) score were evaluated, the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results After intervention, scores of self-concept, self-responsibility, self-nursing skills and health knowledge of patients in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and scores of self-concept, self-responsibility, self-nursing skills and health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). After intervention, SAS, SDS scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention, HPLP-Ⅱ score was higher than that before intervention, and SAS, SDS scores of the observation group after the intervention were lower than those the control group, HPLP-Ⅱ score was higher than that the control group, the differences were statistical significance (all P < 0.05). The nursing efficiency of the control group was lower than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing can improve the self-nursing ability, quality of life and bad mood of patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.
