Abstract:Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug-related gastric diseases are due to the damage of gastric mucosa caused by the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The incidence rate is higher and higher, and Western medicine lacks good treatment methods at present. Through long-term clinical practice, professor Zhu Shengliang has accumulated rich experience in treating stomach diseases related to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Professor Zhu believes that the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs is the cause of this disease. The pathogenesis of the diseases are based on weakness of spleen and stomach. Dampness and heat, qi stagnation and blood stasis are important conditions. The syndrome is asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality. The treatment is to strengthen the spleen and nourish the stomach, clear the dampness and heat, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, regulate the activity of qi, coordinate the rise and fall of qi. Follow this guideline to choose the right Chinese medicine. The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine have been brought into full play and a good clinical effect has been achieved. This paper will introduce professor Zhu Shengliang′s clinical experience in the treatment of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug related gastric diseases, also introduce a case.
