复耐降消膏联合中医药膳治疗糖耐量减低的临床效果

摘要目的探讨复耐降消膏联合中医药膳治疗糖耐量减低的效果。方法选取山东省聊城市中医医院2017年6月～2018年6月收治的98例糖耐量减低患者，采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组，每组49例。两组均给予常规健康宣教，对照组给予中医药膳治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用复耐降消膏治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、血糖及血脂指标[空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）]、炎性因子[白介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）]水平。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。两组治疗后中医证候积分均较治疗前降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。两组治疗后FPG、2hPBG、HbA1c、TC、TG水平均较治疗前降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。两组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论复耐降消膏联合中医药膳治疗糖耐量减低的临床效果显著，可明显改善血糖及血脂指标水平，调节炎性反应，治疗期间无明显不良反应，安全性较高。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Funai Jiangxiao Ointment combined with Chinese medicine diet in the treatment of impaired glucose tolerance. Methods Ninety-eight patients with impaired glucose tolerance treated in Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. There were 49 cases in each group. Two groups were given routine health. Control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine diet, and observation group was treated with Funai Jiangxiao Ointment on the basis of control group. Clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, blood glucose and blood lipid indexes (FPG, 2hPBG, HbA1c, TC, TG), inflammatory factors (IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP) were compared between two groups. Results Total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment, observation group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of FPG, 2hPBG, HbA1c, TC and TG in two groups were lower than those before treatment, observation group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP in two groups were lower than those before treatment, observation group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Clinical effect of Funai Jiangxiao Ointment combined with Chinese medicine diet in the treatment of impaired glucose tolerance is significant. It can significantly improve the level of blood glucose and blood lipid, regulate the inflammatory reaction, and there is no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment period, with high safety.
