Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of time effect incentive intervention mode on the recovery of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation. Methods From June 2018 to June 2019, a total of 128 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 64 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine intervention, while the observation group implemented a time-sensitive incentive intervention model. Self-efficacy, exercise compliance, quality of life, and national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) scores were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of intervention, the general self-efficacy score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention, while the observation group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The observation group exercise compliance was higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The environmental adaptability, physiological function, social function, psychological function, and total score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention, while those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were all statistically significant (all P < 0.05). At 10 days after surgery, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention, while the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The time-dependent incentive intervention model can improve self-efficacy and exercise compliance, improve quality of life and promote neurological recovery after cerebral hemorrhage surgery. It is worthy of promotion.
