Abstract:Infertility is a common disease in gynecology. In recent years, the incidence of infertility caused by female ovulation disorders has increased year by year, and it is on the rise in the world, which has attracted the attention of the medical community. Modern clinical studies have shown that acupuncture has a good effect in treating ovulation disorders. It has obvious effects in promoting ovulation, improving clinical symptoms and enhancing clinical pregnancy rate, while has various treatment methods. It is easy to operate and does not affect the intrauterine environment. Therefore, this paper combines Chinese and foreign literatures in recent years to systematically review the research progress of acupuncture treatment of the disease from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis and operation methods, while explore the ovulation of body acupuncture, plum blossom needle, and application factors (electroacupuncture, warm acupuncture). The effect of dysfunction of infertility, seeking a more complete treatment plan, providing scientific theoretical basis and standard clinical guidance for clinicians acupuncture treatment of ovulation disorders, and improving the scientific and effective treatment of ovulation disorders by acupuncture and moxibustion. Fully promote the national quintessence of Chinese to treat more infertility patients and benefit the people.
