摘要 飞秒激光小切口透镜取出术(SMILE)作为一种新型角膜屈光手术,因其无瓣、微创、安全、有效、稳定的优点,受到越来越多患者及手术医师的青睐,成为屈光手术的主流术式之一。同时,术中取出的角膜基质透镜被发现可用于治疗圆锥角膜、远视等疾病,还可用于自体角膜透镜植入、板层角膜移植、泪道栓塞等,有其独特的临床扩展。但目前SMILE还具有适用范围较窄、二次手术受限等不足,有待进一步发展完善。本文主要通过对比其他角膜屈光手术方式,对SMILE治疗近视、散光、远视的优势与不足及发展现状进行阐述。

Abstract :As a new type of corneal refractive surgery, femtosecond laser small-incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) is popular among patients and surgeons because of its advantages of flapless, microinvasive, security, accuracy and stability. It becomes one of the mainstream operations of refractive surgery. At the same time, the corneal stromal lenticulere, which moved during the SMILE, has been found to be used in the treatment of diseases, such as keratoconus and hyperopia, as well as corneal stromal lenticule autoimplantation, lamellar keratoplasty, corneal stromal lenticule punctual plug, which has a unique clinical extension. However, SMILE still has some shortcomings, such as narrow application scope and limited retreatment. It needs further development and improvement. This article reviews both advantages, disadvantages and development status of SMILE treatment for myopia, astigmatism and hypermetropia, by comparing other methods of corneal refractive surgery.
