专项护理对未足月胎膜早破患者保胎时间、分娩方式、母婴并发症的影响

摘要目的探讨专项护理对未足月胎膜早破期待治疗效果的影响。方法选取绵阳市中心医院妇产科2015年1月~2017年1月收治的80例未足月胎膜早破患者，依据随机数字表法分为专项护理组和常规护理组，每组各40例。常规护理组接受常规护理，专项护理组接受常规护理联合专项护理，均护理1个月。比较两组患者的保胎时间、分娩方式、母婴并发症发生情况。结果专项护理组患者的保胎时间显著长于常规护理组（P < 0.05），两组分娩方式比较，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05），母婴并发症发生率显著低于常规护理组（P < 0.05）。结论专项护理能够有效有效延长患者的保胎时间，提升患者的平产率，降低患者的剖宫产率及母婴并发症发生率，从而有效改善未足月胎膜早破期待治疗效果。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of special nursing on expectant treatment effect of preterm premature rupture of membranes (PROM). Methods 80 cases of patients with PPROM in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected, these patients were divided into special nursing group (40 cases) and conventional nursing group (40 cases) according to random number table method. The conventional nursing group was treated by conventional nursing, while the special nursing group was treated by conventional nursing combined with special nursing, nursing for 1 months, then the spuc time, modes of delivery, maternal complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The spuc time of the special nursing group was significantly longer (P < 0.05), the difference between the delivery methods of two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05), the maternal complication rate was significantly lower than the conventional nursing group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Special nursing can effectively prolong the spuc time, improve the normal rate, reduce the incidences of cesarean section and maternal complications, thus improve the expectant treatment effect of preterm premature rupture of membranes.
