Abstract：The pathogenesis of perianal abscess has a period of constant change between the struggle of immunity and disease. According to the different situations of the immunity and disease, it can be divided into three stages: early disease, disease progression and later disease. Supporting manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine can be used throughout the disease. In the early stage of the dispelling, Xianfang Huoming Decoction is used to anti-inflammatory and make blood circulation. In the middle of the disease, Tou Nong Powder is used to help the wound cleanse and remove carrion. In the later stages of the disease, Tuoli Xiaodu Powder is used to promote wound healing and improve immunity. It can be believe that in clinical application, supporting manipulation sequential treatment is used to treated the whole of perianal abscess, have the characteristics of comprehensive, flexible and fast. And supporting manipulation sequential treatment has a good effect on relieving symptoms, reducing secretions, and promoting wound healing. It is safe and has the obvious characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. So it is worthy of promotion and application.
