Study on the drug use rules of Song Bochuan′s Complete Book of Obstetrics based on data mining

Abstract:Objective To analyze medication rules and discuss the characteristics of Song Bochuan′s drug use in the treatment of postpartum diseases and his academic thoughts on postpartum diseases. Methods From December 2018 to March 2019, the prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria in Song Bochuan′s Complete Book of Obstetrics were selected. The database was established according to the specification. The data in the database by frequency analysis, cluster analysis and association rule analysis were analyzed with excel and SPSS statistics. Results In postpartum formula, 28 drugs were used more than 4 times. The frequency of thermophilic drugs of tonifying deficiency and guipi meridian was the first. The top two drug frequencies were Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, which were also the first combination of drug pairs. The top four drug use frequencies were Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Radix Glycyrrhizae and Ginseng, which were also the highest among the four drug related combinations. Cluster analysis results were divided into five categories according to professional knowledge. Conclusion It reflects Song Bochuan′s academic thoughts on the treatment of postpartum diseases, such as invigorating blood, taking care of the spleen, using warm-based medicine and paying attention to the alternative.
