Abstract：Campus characteristic associations are the important carrier of campus culture construction and specialty construction in higher vocational colleges, which play an important role in improving the comprehensive quality, professional quality and social adaptability of college students. They play an important role in improving college students′ comprehensive quality, professional quality and social adaptability. However, there are relatively few studies on promoting students′ career development in the characteristic associations of higher vocational colleges. This article studies the construction of characteristic societies in higher vocational colleges based on career development orientation, discusses the background characteristics and significance of the construction of college societies, and on the basis of perfecting the strategy of constructing characteristic societies on campus, takes the pharmaceutical societies of Jiangsu Vocational College of Medicine as an example to study the construction plan of characteristic societies on campus as well as the development status of associations. Finally, this paper puts forward constructive opinions on the problems existing in the construction of pharmacy associations, in order to improve the professional skills and employability of pharmacy students, provide certain references and references for the construction of characteristic associations in vocational colleges, and promote the construction of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges in our country and the society′s development.
