内服外治法用于小儿下元虚寒型遗尿症的疗效

摘要目的探讨内服外治法用于小儿下元虚寒型遗尿症的治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年12月首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院就诊的遗尿儿童92例为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组（45例）和观察组（47例）。对照组口服去氨加压素治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合埋针治疗。两组均治疗4周，观察两组临床疗效，比较两组遗尿次数积分、熟睡不醒积分、中医证候（TCM）积分。结果观察组临床效果好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗前，两组遗尿次数积分、熟睡不醒积分、TCM积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。治疗后，两组遗尿次数积分、熟睡不醒积分、TCM积分低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P < 0.05）。结论内服外治法对遗尿症儿童的下元虚寒证候有明显改善作用，可显著减轻患儿临床症状。

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of internal and external treatment for enuresis in children of xia yuan xu han type. Methods From January 2016 to December 2018, 92 cases with enuresis children who admitted to Beijing children′s Hospital, Capital Medical University were selected as the research object. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (47 cases). Control group was received oral Desmopressin therapy, and observation group was received combined acupuncture therapy on the basis of control group. They were treated for 4 weeks, and the clinical efficacy was observed. The scores of enuresis times, sleep failure and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)syndrome were compared between two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between two groups in the scores of enuresis times, sleep failure and TCM syndromes (P > 0.05). After treatment, the scores of enuresis times, sleep failure and TCM syndromes in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and observation group was lower than control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Internal and external treatment can significantly improve the hypoxic cold syndrome of enuresis children, and can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of enuresis children.
